Qualifikationen

• Front-line customer service or previous sales experience preferred.
• Results-driven with proven success in goal achievement.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Computer proficiency preferred.

Aufgaben

• Promotes BJ's value proposition for acquisition, retention, and member experience.
• Converts potential members by pitching all membership programs.
• Sells memberships to new and existing members with energy.
• Drive toward defined goals and benchmarks.
• Explain BJ's Membership options and Co-Brand credit card.
• Provide superior member service at first point of contact.
• Follow tax-exempt/resale policies and renewals.
• Resolve member concerns courteously and promptly.
• Escalate issues to PIC and MOD when needed.
• Assist with BOPIC orders.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties and cross-train as needed.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required.
