Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Houston is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver an outstanding sales and service experience while helping members choose the right memberships and fitness solutions. You will engage guests, enroll new members, and drive revenue through service, retail, and membership offerings.

The role emphasizes building relationships, achieving sales goals, and collaborating with the Sales and Service Manager to support member retention and club profitability.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and experience with sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of Fitness Industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to operate Point of Sale (POS) System.
• Knowledge of Membership System software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes the CARE sales model with each guest and relates how products/services meet their fitness needs.
• Tours potential members and describes facility, services, and amenities aligned to goals.
• Communicates membership and fitness offers clearly using company tools.
• Enrols guests using sales techniques and protocol.
• On-boards new members and supports retention activities to drive profitability.
• Consistently achieves or exceeds personal and team sales goals.
• Obtain leads from community events and on-site promotions.
• Schedule and follow-up on leads using the Lead Management System.
• Provide a friendly, member-centric experience and assist with member questions.
