The role emphasizes member engagement, lead generation, and on-going member retention to support club profitability. A strong team dynamic and an energetic, service-driven approach are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required; CPR/AED within 60 days of employment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; fitness or retail background valued.
• Experience in service sales and working with POS systems is preferred.

• Deliver a best-in-class member experience and drive sales and memberships.
• Prospect leads, enroll guests, and promote fitness and retail offerings.
• On-board new members and support retention initiatives to boost club profitability.
• Collaborate with the SSM and team to meet sales goals and provide service excellence.
