Job summary

• CPR and AED certification from an approved organization.
• 1–2 years in service sales; 4–10 employees managed preferred.
• Fitness industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop Sales and Service team members.
• Lead sales efforts for new member sales, EFT, POS fitness packages, retail.
• Set monthly/weekly/daily sales goals and monitor club statistics.
• Partner with GM to deliver a best-in-class member experience.
• Coordinate local club marketing and lead management initiatives.
• Ensure onboarding plans help members achieve health goals.
