Job summary

24 Hour Fitness seeks a Sales and Service Manager to lead a high-performing team, driving member acquisition and revenue while delivering exceptional service. You will hire, coach and develop staff, partner with the General Manager, and ensure a tailored, member-centric experience across the club.

The role emphasizes achieving sales targets, coordinating marketing activities, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and members in a fast-paced fitness club setting.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop Sales and Service team members.
• Drive new member sales, EFT, and club offerings to meet targets.
• Partner with GM to deliver a best-in-class member experience.
• Lead by example to maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.
• Coordinate local marketing activities and monitor sales metrics.
• Travel up to 10% for training and meetings.
