Qualifications

• Experience in sales and service delivery, with a focus on member satisfaction.
• Knowledge of fitness or retail environment is a plus.
• CPR/AED certification within 60 days of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute CARE sales model to address fitness needs and drive memberships.
• Tour and onboarding of new members, explaining facility offerings and services.
• Enroll members using sales protocols and MAP requirements.
• Support member retention and club profitability through proactive service.
• Achieve personal and team sales goals and participate in promotions.
