Job summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the club's membership sales, coach a high-performing team, and drive daily activity to fuel growth. You will sell memberships, coach Fitness Consultants, and energize daily goals while helping prospects begin healthier lives through fitness.

This hands-on leadership role rewards performance, people development, and strong member relationships in a fast-paced club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• College degree preferred
• Experience in sales leadership or membership sales
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales tracking systems

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth and revenue by translating goals into daily activity, coaching, and accountability
• Develop a high‑performing sales culture through effective selling behaviors and clear processes
• Lead from the front with personal sales activity and by building community relationships
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop Fitness Consultants
• Deliver ongoing feedback, recognition, and performance coaching
• Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable for results
• Facilitate sales huddles, role plays, and development activities
• Build engagement, enthusiasm, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Prepare team members for future growth opportunities within the organization
• Maintain compliance and operational consistency across clubs
• Support club leadership through coverage and communication of performance
