Fitness Connection is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the club's membership sales function, build a high-performing team, and drive daily activity to grow revenue.

You’ll coach Fitness Consultants, sell memberships from the front, and translate monthly goals into actionable daily habits that boost member enrollment and retention. This hands-on leadership role blends performance coaching with frontline selling in a fast-paced wellness environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience leading sales activity or teams is a plus.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Own membership sales performance and translate goals into daily activity.
• Coach and develop Fitness Consultants and the sales team.
• Build relationships with prospects and members to drive enrollment.
• Manage lead follow-up, reporting, and adherence to sales processes.
• Support club events and community outreach.
