Fitness Connection is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead the club's membership sales, coach a high-performing team, and drive daily activity that fuels growth.

You will sell memberships, develop Fitness Consultants, and foster a culture of accountability, energy, and member-focused service to deliver real results.

This is a fast-paced role requiring visible leadership, frontline selling, and the ability to translate goals into daily actions.

Qualifications

• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales or revenue goals.
• Experience leading sales activity and improving team performance.
• Ability to create urgency and maintain focus in a goal-driven environment.
• Strong consultative selling, prospecting, closing, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Own membership sales performance and translate goals into daily activity.
• Develop a high-performing sales culture by coaching effective selling behaviors.
• Lead from the front with personal sales activity and strong prospect experiences.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Fitness Consultants.
• Deliver ongoing feedback and performance coaching.
