Fitness Connection in Watauga, TX seeks a Sales Manager to lead the club’s membership sales function, coach a high-performing team, and drive daily activity for growth. You’ll sell memberships, mentor Fitness Consultants, and foster energy around daily goals while pursuing our health-focused mission.

The role blends performance leadership, people development, and member engagement in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales, membership, or revenue goals.
• Experience leading sales activity and improving team performance.
• Ability to create urgency and maintain focus in a goal-driven environment.
• Strong consultative selling, prospecting, closing, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Own membership sales performance, translating monthly goals into daily activity, coaching, and accountability that drive revenue growth.
• Develop a high-performing sales culture by coaching effective selling behaviors and reinforcing processes.
• Lead from the front, maintaining personal sales activity, cultivating relationships, and converting interest into membership.
• Build a winning sales team by recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching Fitness Consultants.
