Fitness Connection is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the club's membership sales, coach a high-performing team, and drive daily activity that fuels growth. The role emphasizes visibility, real-time coaching, relationship-building, and accountability to achieve revenues and member satisfaction.

You'll lead from the front by selling memberships, developing Fitness Consultants, and keeping energy high around daily goals.

Qualifications

• Requires strong sales leadership with a proven track record in membership sales or similar.
• Demonstrates ability to coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Proficient in prospecting, closing, and follow-up activities to hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Own membership sales performance and translate goals into daily activity and accountability.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach Fitness Consultants.
• Build authentic relationships with prospects and members to drive retention and growth.
• Drive disciplined sales execution with accurate reporting and lead follow-up.
• Lead club events, promotions, and community outreach to generate opportunities.
