You will drive membership growth, lead tours, present services, and follow up with prospects while maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive Membership Growth and build a strong pipeline.
• Conduct engaging club tours linking goals to memberships and services.
• Present memberships, personal training, and services confidently.
• Generate leads through referrals, networking, outreach, and community engagement.
• Prospect and follow-up consistently and professionally.
• Maintain an active pipeline of future members and scheduled appointments.
• Run the front desk, member check-ins, and phone inquiries; follow policies.
