The Fitness Equation is seeking a Membership Director to lead a team of Fitness Consultants, drive monthly targets, and build strong relationships with members. You will present memberships, close agreements, and manage CRM data with precision.

You will prospect, nurture connections, and participate in events to maximize retention and revenue. A customer-focused mindset, sales discipline, and strong organization are essential for success at this fast-growing club.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in sales and account management; fitness industry experience preferred.
• Must learn and apply The Fitness Equation’s consultative sales process.
• Strong passion for fitness, people, and keeping organized notes.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team of Fitness Consultants to hit monthly goals.
• Oversee appointments and events to ensure success and satisfaction.
• Develop business relationships through prospecting in networks, members, and local organizations.
• Set appointments to present memberships with a focus on relationship building and customer goals.
• Obtain signed membership agreements to meet or exceed quotas.
• Maintain all prospect information in the database with 100% accuracy.
• Provide retention support and forecast/metrics to management.
• Upsell add-on memberships and training programs.
• Attend weekly trainings and coaching sessions.
