NFIB in Washington, D.C. is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to join our field team and grow NFIB membership by engaging independent business owners across industries.

You will master and deliver our proven 5-minute sales presentation, conduct in-person prospecting, and close enrollments on the spot while educating owners about NFIB’s advocacy and member benefits. This hunter/closer role offers uncapped commissions and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Sales-oriented, goal-driven mindset with proven persistence under pressure.
• Ability to quickly adapt and tailor approaches to different small-business owners.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage independent business owners in person (no appointment setting).
