National Federation of Independent Business is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate in Tennessee. You will grow NFIB membership by engaging independent business owners with a proven 5-minute presentation, conducting face-to-face meetings, and closing deals on the spot.

Qualifications

• Owned a business or managed a territory.
• Able to conduct in-person cold calls and build rapport with business owners.
• Fast learner who thrives on a tried-and-true sales model.
• Experience in sales, military leadership, education, small business ownership, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Prospect by conducting in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• Deliver NFIB's 5-minute verbatim sales presentation.
• Close and enroll new members, processing payments on the spot.
• Educate owners on NFIB advocacy and rights in Washington, D.C. and their state capitals.
