Job summary

UFC GYM Whitestown is seeking a Membership Specialist to welcome guests, deliver information and entertainment, and drive new membership revenue through off-site and on-site prospecting. You will lead generation, appointments, and sales while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include presenting membership options, leading tours, achieving monthly sales targets, and collaborating with management to sign off on memberships. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Must complete company sales training and orientation program.
• 1-2 years sales experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of Fitness Industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through external marketing, promotions and prospecting.
• Book membership appointments and meet monthly goals.
• Present membership options with company-approved presentations.
• Deliver Fitness Tours and guide guests toward enrollment and Personal Training options.
• Provide high-level customer service and assist in maintaining a clean facility.
• Support timekeeping, uniform policy and compliance with gym procedures.
