Job summary

UFC GYM Whitestown seeks a Membership Specialist to welcome guests, drive lead generation and convert prospects into members while delivering exceptional customer service. You will pursue sales targets through external and internal marketing, lead follow-up and polished presentations.

Responsibilities include presenting membership options, arranging manager sign-offs, and meeting monthly guest and revenue goals through Personal Training and other services.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of Fitness Industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Must be a team player

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through external marketing, promotions and prospecting including off-site promotions.
• Book membership appointments and meet monthly goals.
• Present membership options to guests and ensure manager sign-off.
• Lead 100% of guests through Fitness Tour and drive enrollment and PT revenue.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with members.
• Adhere to uniform, timekeeping and reporting policies.
