Job summary

Villa Sport in Campbell, CA is seeking a Membership Sales Manager to own the membership acquisition process from start to finish. You will hire, train, and lead Membership Ambassadors to ensure every new member has a positive buying experience and is warmly welcomed and oriented to the club.

The role focuses on best practices for member acquisition and integration, with supervision from the General Manager and a dotted-line to the VP of Member Experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales management and leadership experience.
• Relation-based selling and strong communication.
• Hospitality or club experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the membership acquisition process from start to finish.
• Hire, train and direct Membership Ambassadors.
• Achieve membership goals and fitness sales targets.
• Support Personal Training program presentations as needed.
