Anytime Fitness in Farmington is hiring a Membership Manager to drive member acquisition and deliver outstanding experiences. You’ll build relationships through outreach, referrals, calls and texts, and play a key role in welcoming new members and guiding their first workouts.

Responsibilities

• Connect & Sell: build relationships through outreach, referrals, calls, and texts to inspire sign-ups.
• Close the Deal: drive new membership sales and meet performance goals.
• Onboard New Members: welcome new members and guide their first workouts for long-term success.
• Be a Team Player: collaborate with trainers and staff to promote events and member experiences.
