Job summary

Villa Sport is seeking a dynamic Member Experience Manager in Campbell, CA to lead the membership acquisition process from start to finish. You will hire, train and direct a team of Membership Ambassadors to ensure a positive buying experience and a smooth club orientation.

The role focuses on member acquisition, integration, and achieving membership and fitness sales goals, with supervision by the General Manager and a dotted-line to the VP of Member Experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales management and leadership experience
• Club or hospitality industry experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Polished phone skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
• Workspace is well-organized and neat

Responsibilities

• Owns the membership acquisition process from start to finish
• Hires, trains and directs a team of Membership Ambassadors
• Ensures new members have a positive buying experience and are oriented to the club
• Meets membership and fitness sales goals and supports Personal Training program presentations
