Job summary

Villa Sport is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of gym operations and revenue generation at our Campbell, CA facility. The GM will lead staff, ensure outstanding member service, and uphold the high standards that define our premium clubs.

The role requires 3+ years of management in hospitality or fitness, strong leadership, and solid understanding of financial statements, budgets, and operational systems. A proactive, customer-focused leader will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Three or more years management experience in hospitality or fitness, preferably high volume premium club.
• Outstanding customer service and hospitality expertise.
• Proven leadership to develop, motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of financial statements and annual budgets/strategic plans.
• Understanding of facility operations per company standards.
• Knowledge of facility systems and software used at the club.
• High standards in maintaining a spotless, well-run facility.
• First Aid and CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
