Job summary

Villa Sport seeks upbeat Ambassadors to sell memberships by presenting the club’s features, benefits, services and fees to potential members with honesty and a welcoming, service-oriented approach.

They will build relationships through outreach, participate in local events, and be highly visible in the club, ready to greet and assist members at any time. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Memorable tours in a warm, helpful, low-pressure manner.
• Sales experience including lead generation, nurturing and closing is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; great listening skills.
• Polished phone skills; comfortable communicating to prospects and members.
• Flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, and overtime when needed.
• Team player with genuine, positive demeanor and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships by presenting features, benefits, services and fees.
• Build relationships with prospective and new members through outreach.
• Represent Villa Sport at local events to raise awareness.
• Greet, meet, and assist members in the club as needed.

Education

High School diploma

College experience or degree is a plus
