Job summary

BFit Gyms is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to lead a club's sales and service efforts and drive member engagement. You will hire, train and develop the Sales & Service team while partnering with the GM to deliver a best-in-class member experience.

The role focuses on achieving new member sales, fitness revenue and retention targets through coaching, local marketing, and strong customer relationships. Expect a busy, member-centric environment with performance-driven incentives.
