Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Sales Lead to welcome members and first-time guests, delivering exceptional service and driving membership growth in a fast-paced studio environment.

You will manage the lead funnel, answer questions, and support class attendance while maintaining brand standards and pursuing advancement opportunities within fitness coaching and operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience preferred.
• 1-3 years sales experience preferred.
• CPR/AED Certified or willing to obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manages the lead funnel: following up with prospects, booking their first class, and providing an exceptional first-time guest experience.
• Meet and exceed KPI targets: generate leads, book appointments, drive memberships and add-on sales.
• Answer member questions promptly and handle concerns with professionalism.
• Maintain brand standards and keep front desk organized; prioritize tasks across shifts.
• Welcome members by name and capture accurate class attendance; celebrate milestones.
• Stay informed on studio happenings, promotions, and corporate initiatives.
