Anytime Fitness is seeking an energetic Club Sales Manager to drive membership growth, training, and merchandise sales while leading club staff. You will collaborate with the district manager to meet club objectives and ensure profitability in a fast-growing franchise environment.

The ideal candidate is a team builder with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for health and fitness, capable of managing marketing efforts and member engagement while upholding company values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience required.
• Proven ability to lead a team.
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership, training, and merchandise sales.
• Execute marketing campaigns and community outreach.
• Focus on member experience and follow-up with members and prospects.
• Qualify and convert prospects to club members.
• Maintain the club and equipment.
• Review club reports to improve strategies.
• Lead meetings and conduct performance reviews.
• Perform weekly deposits and inventory checks.
• Attend weekly/monthly meetings and trainings.
