Heritage Golf Group is looking for a Membership Director at TPC Prestancia in Sarasota, Florida. The director will be responsible for driving membership growth and enhancing member engagement in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate has proven sales experience, strong networking abilities, and a passion for hospitality. This role offers a base salary plus commission with total compensation estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 annually.

Competenze

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in private club or hospitality.
• Ability to work in a relationship-driven environment and drive membership growth.
• Knowledge of Sarasota market trends is a plus.
