Job summary

Heritage Golf Group is seeking a Membership Sales Director for Independence Golf Club in Midlothian, VA. The role drives membership growth and retention by building relationships, guiding prospects through the sales process, and creating a welcoming experience that supports long-term engagement.

Qualifications

3+ years of sales, membership, hospitality, or business development experience.
Experience in private clubs, golf, or luxury service is preferred.
Proven ability to meet sales goals and build client relationships.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and club events as needed.

Responsibilities

Generate new membership leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and events.
Conduct tours and present the value of membership to prospects.
Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to enrollment.
Maintain accurate prospect records and sales activity in the CRM.
Achieve individual membership sales goals and revenue targets.
Collaborate on membership marketing initiatives with leadership.
