Job summary

Concert Golf seeks a Director of Membership Sales to lead the development and execution of programs that grow and retain club membership. You will plan and implement short- and long-range strategies to hit the club's sales targets.

The role offers a base salary plus commission with substantial earning potential, reflecting performance and market conditions. You will interact with members, staff, and the General Manager to optimize member satisfaction and club revenues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field plus 3 years of club experience.
• Two to three years related experience in a private club environment.
• Ability to oversee Membership Sales budget and staff.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement membership selling programs to maintain profitable levels.
• Sell memberships, upgrades, conversions and changes.
• Develop new sales prospects by contacting individuals and groups in the community.
• Coordinate membership documents and smooth onboarding for new members.
• Maintain membership sales tracking and reports.
• Organize member events and promotional activities.
• Meet budget goals and monitor department performance.
• Collaborate with General Manager on activities to boost usage, satisfaction, and revenues.
