Job summary

The Club at Starr Pass, part of Troon, is seeking a proactive Membership & Marketing Director in Tucson, AZ. You will lead prospecting, sales, onboarding, and communications to enhance member engagement and club growth.

Responsibilities include developing a comprehensive marketing plan, managing CRM and reporting, coordinating member events, and ensuring accurate onboarding and documentation. Collaboration with on-site management and Troon Corporate is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or hospitality preferred
• Minimum of four years’ experience in a related field; club experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing, membership, and communications strategy for the club and community
• Drive prospecting, sales, onboarding and retention efforts to meet goals
• Oversee CRM data quality, reporting, and analysis of leads, pipeline and budget vs forecast
• Develop and execute content: website, social media, and member communications
• Oversee onboarding and membership paperwork; maintain accurate member files
• Collaborate with onsite club management and Troon Corporate team to execute the sales plan
