Job summary

• Five+ years in full-cycle sales with leadership or player/coach responsibilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong coaching and pipeline-management skills.
• Expertise in value-based selling and prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Own a qualified pipeline and close membership opportunities.
• Coach the sales team and review performance with KPIs.
• Develop outbound prospecting plans and referrals.
