BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking team members to execute membership sales, renewals and cross-selling of programs. You will handle returns, exchanges, and general customer inquiries while delivering excellent service to members in a fast-paced club environment.

Qualifications

• Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred.
• Results driven with proven success in goal achievement.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes membership value proposition and retention.
• Converts potential members by pitching all membership programs per company policies.
• Sells BJ's membership products to new and existing members with energy and determination.
• Drives toward goal achievement using established benchmarks and results.
• Delivers superior member service as the first point of contact for membership inquiries and purchases.
• Resolves member concerns in a courteous and timely manner and escalates when needed.
