Qualifications

• Front line/customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Results-driven with proven success in goal achievement.
• Basic math and computer proficiency preferred.

• Converts potential members by actively and effectively pitching all membership programs.
• Delivers superior customer service and handles member inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintains club policies and procedures and supports safe, positive member experiences.
