Job summary

The Salvation Army Kroc Community Center in Norfolk, VA is hiring a Front Desk Associate to drive membership enrollments, greet visitors, and promote center programs. You will handle membership records and payments via the POS system, and deliver exceptional customer service to both members and non-members.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree in business/public relations/communications and 1–3 years of experience, with a valid state driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business/public relations/communications.
• 1–3 years experience or equivalent.
• Valid State Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct membership enrollments and tours, promoting Kroc Center memberships.
• Process memberships, payments, address changes, and program interests in POS.
• Provide courteous customer service and handle inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain current information on programs, events, and drives; assist with events.
• Maintain proficiency with membership software and report monthly data.
