Job summary

The Salvation Army Kroc Center in Virginia Beach/Norfolk area is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, drive membership enrollments, and promote programs and events. You will greet visitors, conduct tours, and answer phones while maintaining program information and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include handling memberships and guest sales, processing payments and records in the POS system, and assisting with events and member drives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct membership enrollments and facility tours.
• Promote Kroc Center memberships and programs to members and community.
• Process memberships, payments, address changes, and program interests via POS system.
• Provide courteous customer service and respond to inquiries and concerns.
