Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Tennessee is hiring a Membership Concierge II. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering a hospitality-driven experience while educating them on programs and events.

In this role, you will handle account maintenance, process member needs and payments, and support membership sales and retention efforts. A strong emphasis on service recovery, high-quality customer service, and clear communication is required.

Qualifications

• Must multi-task while delivering high quality customer service and effective verbal communication.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to stand for extended periods.
• Completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire; customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Builds relationships with members and guests to create extraordinary experiences.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists members with account maintenance and transactions for program, service, and product payments.
• Serves as a key contact for new membership sales and retention interactions.
• Performs problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns.
