Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Membership Concierge II to be the first point of contact for members and guests, handling account maintenance, programming information, and engagement to foster loyalty.

In this fast-paced role, you will educate on club programming, process transactions, assist with memberships, and support service recovery. A high school diploma and 1–2 years in customer service are required.

Qualifications

• Multitasking with high-quality customer service and verbal communication.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to stand for up to 4 hours.
• Friendly and outgoing demeanor; strong guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Processes member needs and transactions including program, service, and product payments.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns.
