Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Folsom, CA seeks a Membership Concierge Leader to guide the Concierge Team in delivering best-in-class service and member engagement. You will partner with the Club General Manager to drive guest experiences, retention and programs aligned with our premium brand.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, communication, and a track record in service, sales and budget management, with a passion for health and hospitality. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• This position requires strong written and verbal communication, customer service and service recovery skills.
• Experience in business planning, managing processes, and tracking expenses and revenue.
• Proven ability to build teams and drive sales while meeting budget goals.

Responsibilities

• Regularly participates in Life Time’s classes, activities, events and programming.
• Leads in zone by exemplifying service excellence and being a member connectivity specialist.
• Onboard and certify team members and ensure high standards of member engagement.
• Provide guidance, coaching and feedback to improve member engagement and retention.
• Manage schedules and zone rotations for optimal performance and efficiency.
• Execute business protocols for new member acquisition, retention and connectivity.
