Job summary

You will handle frontline member interactions, assist with new memberships, process requests, and educate members about club events, pricing, and policies. A friendly, multitasking mindset is essential in our fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience (1–2 years).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly and outgoing demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Builds relationships with members and guests, creating extraordinary experiences.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to engage members.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance and processes member transactions.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention.
• Resolves member questions and concerns using available tools.
