Job summary

The role focuses on accurate membership records, proactive member engagement, and cross-department collaboration to keep the Club easy to navigate and responsive for all members.

Qualifications

• Experience in a private club, hospitality, or service-focused environment.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication and follow-through.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work with members.
• Proficiency with Northstar and other club systems.
• Flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary administrative contact for prospective and current members, handling questions, reservations, and needs with professionalism.
• Support the full membership process from inquiry to onboarding and renewals.
• Assist new members in connecting with Club programs, ambassadors, and other members.
• Maintain accurate membership data in Northstar and other systems.
• Coordinate routine member communications and materials, including invitations and guides.
• Assist with reservations, events, and post-event administration and billing details.
• Collaborate with Finance, Food & Beverage, Reception and other departments to ensure a seamless member experience.
• Support committees and club initiatives with scheduling, minutes, and communications.
