Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II to support member and guest engagement at our Minnesota location. You will handle account maintenance, inform members about programming and pricing, and assist with new membership sales and renewals.

This role emphasizes hospitality, service recovery, and building lasting relationships in a fast-paced, on-site environment. A friendly, outgoing demeanor and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Capable of multitasking and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Comfortable standing for up to 4 hours.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships and create extraordinary experiences.
• Receives calls and conducts outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance and processing member payments and changes.
• Serves as a key contact for new membership sales and retention.
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery using available tools.
