• Serve as primary contact for prospective and current members with professionalism and warmth.
• Support the full membership process from inquiry to onboarding, including Open Houses and orientation.
• Maintain accurate membership information in Northstar and other systems.
• Coordinate and support reservations, events, and member programs.
• Assist with communications, member guides, and club materials.
