NAFSA: Association of International Educators seeks a Program Manager to help execute membership servicing, marketing, engagement and retention programs, and to support the NAFSA Career Center and brand pavilion at the annual conference.

The role requires coordinating with the Membership and Marketing teams, managing member communications, assisting with social media campaigns, and ensuring smooth operations across iMIS-based processes while advancing NAFSA’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with membership renewal, retention and re-engagement campaigns.
• Serve as primary member contact for inquiries and provide knowledge of member benefits and events.
• Support NAFSA Careers site and @NAFSAjobs Twitter to drive traffic and engagement.
• Coordinate with Marketing to design and edit membership marketing campaigns (print, email, social media).
• Manage logistics for internal meetings and market research sessions.
