Job summary

The Northwest Arkansas Home Builders Association is seeking a Membership Experience Coordinator to manage the member journey from first contact through ongoing engagement. You will coordinate onboarding, communications, and data across membership systems, while supporting sponsorships and events.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, tech-savviness, and process improvements to ensure members feel welcomed, informed, and connected within a growing association.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service, relationship management, and administration is essential.
• Comfort with digital tools, databases, CRM platforms, and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective and current members, guiding onboarding and engagement.
• Support renewal, retention, and re-engagement efforts with personalized communication.
• Maintain membership data, profiles, emails, lists, and reporting while protecting privacy.
• Assist with sponsorships, event registration, and program coordination.
