Job summary

BODYROK Tampa Bay is seeking a Studio Advisor to deliver outstanding member and guest service, help grow memberships, and keep the studio welcoming and well-maintained.

You will support instructors, handle check-ins, and drive sales through promotions and referrals. This hourly role offers base pay plus unlimited commission potential, requires weekend availability, and preferred MindBody software experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience is preferred.
• 1-2 years MindBody software experience preferred.
• Competitive drive to succeed in commission sales and performance based culture.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills in both oral and written.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Friendly, warm, compassionate, and welcoming personality.
• Easy to talk to and comfortable around new people.
• Must be available to work at least 2 weekend days per month (i.e. 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday, 2 Saturdays, or 2 Sundays)

Responsibilities

• Check-in members and guests and ensure procedures are followed.
• Promote memberships and merchandise and achieve sales targets.
• Assist members in person and via email.
• Maintain front desk area and keep studio clean.
• Follow up with enrolled members to exceed expectations.
• Tour potential members and connect guests to services and amenities.
• Handle billing questions and set up payments.
• Promote and sell merchandise.
• Maintain logs and upkeep tasks as needed.
