Job summary

BODYROK is seeking a Studio Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, drive membership growth, and support instructors in a fast-paced studio. You will engage members and guests, promote packages, and help create a welcoming community in a 45-minute high-intensity, low-impact setting.

This hourly role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, with a commitment to schedule and weekend availability. You’ll join a growing brand that values organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• 1-2 years MindBody software experience preferred.
• Competitive drive to succeed in commission sales and performance based culture.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills in both oral and written.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Friendly, warm, compassionate, and welcoming personality.
• Easy to talk to and comfortable around new people.
• Must be available to work at least 2 weekend days per month (i.e. 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday, 2 Saturdays, or 2 Sundays)

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in members and guests, ensuring smooth flow of operations.
• Drive sales by promoting memberships and packages and via email outreach.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment.
• Assist instructors and support team in daily studio operations and merchandising.
• Monitor inquiries and ensure proper check-in procedures are followed.
• Maintain front desk area, bathrooms, and common spaces in a tidy state.
