Job summary

BODYROK Tampa Bay is seeking a friendly Studio Advisor to deliver exceptional member experience, check-in guests, and support instructors. You will drive revenue by promoting memberships and packages, while keeping the studio clean, welcoming, and well-paced.

This hourly role offers a base rate plus unlimited commissions, with opportunities to grow as you help grow our community. Weekend availability is preferred to meet member needs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• 1-2 years MindBody software experience preferred.
• Competitive drive to succeed in commission sales and performance-based culture.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills in both oral and written.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Friendly, warm, compassionate, and welcoming personality.
• Easy to talk to and comfortable around new people.
• Must be available to work at least 2 weekend days per month (i.e. 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday, 2 Saturdays, or 2 Sundays).

Responsibilities

• Member and Guest Check-in Compliance: greet members and guests, ensure check-in procedures are followed, thank guests on exit.
• Sales: create new business through promotions, referrals, and inquiries; promote specials; reach out to members via email; reconcile and report transitions; attain personal sales revenue targets.
• Customer Service & Operations: tours, connect guests to facility and services; handle billing questions; update logs; promote and sell merchandise; keep front desk tidy; perform hourly bathroom studio checks.
• Follow up with enrolled members to ensure expectations are exceeded; provide high level of customer service in communications.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming studio environment and assist during in-person inquiries and emails.
