BODYROK Tampa is hiring a Studio Advisor for our Mt. Juliet studio opening. You will greet members, assist with check-in, answer inquiries, and help drive membership sales and merchandise.

This role blends customer service with sales in a fast-paced studio environment. You will earn $16.00 per hour plus unlimited commissions, with benefits like 4x monthly membership discounts and 40% off merchandise. The position requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and weekend availability

Responsibilities

• Member and Guest Check-in Compliance: greet, check-in, thank guests.
• Sales: generate new business, promote specials, reach out via email, meet revenue targets.
• Customer Service & Operations: tour potential members, resolve billing questions, maintain logs, promote merchandise, keep area clean.
• Perform duties without direction and ensure service standards.
• Monitor emails and ensure proper check-in procedures.
