Job summary

BODYROK is seeking a Studio Advisor in Chicago to drive membership enrollment and package sales while delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will check in members, answer inquiries, promote BODYROK services, and help maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment.

This hourly role offers a base rate plus unlimited commissions tied to sales. You will collaborate with instructors and team members to ensure a positive community and convenient service, including weekend availability and

Qualifications

• 1-2 years customer service or sales experience preferred.
• 1-2 years MindBody software experience preferred.
• Open Availability- OPEN/MID/CLOSING Shifts.
• Competitive drive to succeed in commission sales and performance-based culture.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills in both oral and written.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Friendly, warm, compassionate, and welcoming personality.
• Must be available to work at least 2 weekend days per month (i.e. 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday, 2 Saturdays, or 2 Sundays)

Responsibilities

• Member and Guest Check-in Compliance.
• Sales through member promotions, referrals and inquiries.
• Provide customer service in-person and via email.
• Promote merchandise and services to drive enrollment and packages.
• Maintain front desk area, cleanliness and organization.
• Handle inquiries and follow up with enrolled members.
• Provide high level of customer service to guests.
