Job summary

BODYROK in Houston seeks a Studio Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, drive membership enrollment, and support instructors in a high-energy studio environment. You will greet members, assist guests, and manage inquiries while keeping the studio clean and welcoming.

The role offers an hourly base with uncapped commissions, weekend availability, and opportunities to grow with a rapidly expanding brand focused on community and personal wellness.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• 1–2 years MindBody software experience preferred.
• Competitive drive to succeed in commission sales and performance-based culture.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills in both oral and written.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Friendly, warm, compassionate, and welcoming personality.
• Easy to talk to and comfortable around new people.
• Must be available to work at least 2 weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

• Member and Guest Check-in compliance and greeting.
• Sales: create new business through member promotions, referrals and inquiries; promote specials; reach out via email; reconcile and report all transitions; attain personal sales revenue targets.
• Customer Service & Operations: tour potential members, handle service issues, update logs, promote and sell merchandise, keep front desk tidy, perform cleaning duties, follow up with enrolled members, provide high level service.
