Job summary

BODYROK Tampa is seeking a Studio Advisor to deliver exceptional member experiences and drive membership growth. You will greet members, assist with check-ins, and support instructors while maintaining a clean, welcoming studio.

You will generate revenue by building relationships with current and prospective members, promoting memberships and packages, and handling inquiries by email and in person, ensuring smooth daily operations with a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years customer service or sales experience preferred.
• 1–2 years MindBody software experience preferred.
• Competitive drive to succeed in commission sales and performance-based culture.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Member and Guest Check‑in Compliance: Greet all incoming members and guests; ensure all check‑in procedures are followed; thank guests as they exit.
• Sales: Create new business through promotions, referrals and inquiries; promote specials; reach out via email; reconcile transitions; attain sales targets.
• Customer Service & Operations: Tour potential members, handle service issues including addresses and payments; maintain logs; promote merchandise; keep front desk tidy and clean.
